How Can I Combat Declining Membership In My Non-Profit?

RDA was engaged by a youth sport education group to develop a strategic realignment initiated by a declining membership and a perception of exclusivity. After a series of focus groups and surveys to establish the organizations current brand and identity a directed strategic plan was developed to move the organization into the future. Six committees with internal and outside expertise were established to bridge the gap between where the organization was at the time and where it wanted to be in the next 7 years. The result was that the organization was able to have a clear-eyed transformation to the organization it aspired to be.
